Available at no charge are podium and microphone.

- The North Room with seating to 8
- Pioneer Room, seats to 90 and has dancing facilities for up to 60
- Ballroom seats to 220, dancing to 120
- Spanish Peaks Room seats to 120, dancing to 60
- West Room seats to 30, no dancing
- Pikes Peak Room seats to 40, no dancing
